Users relationship with Website shall be on principal to principal basis wherein users are given a very limited right to use and access the Website subject to strict compliance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Upon receipt of a Reporting Form, we shall take appropriate steps for preventing the abuse of the Website including removing objectionable content or disallowing the prohibited transaction as the case is. We shall also forward a copy of the users’ Reporting Form to the alleged infringer or defaulter.

Assignment:
